I would like to order a custom item. How does that work?

Email us to start the conversation! We're happy to review all the details with you, from design to pricing. We'll even send you photos of your chosen colors together!

Due to our waiting list and the fact that we make everything in-house, one at a time, it usually takes about 2-4 weeks.

Where do you find your materials?

The leather comes from tanneries around the world - about 90% of it from Italy.

Is the serving size of ice cream really only 1/2 cup?

Ridiculous.

Where did the name Ma & Pembum come from?

It's what Phebe called her grandparents. They were funny, adventurous, well-traveled, and always full of love.

Does Ma & Pembum donate any of its profits to social causes?

We definitely do! Ma & Pembum donates to organizations that work to end human trafficking. And when things go back to usual, we will be able to host fundraisers and events to promote awareness at the shop.

Shipping

All Ma & Pembum purchases are carefully gift-wrapped, regardless of whom the recipient may be. (You can give a gift to yourself, am I right?)

If you choose to have your purchase shipped directly to you, all in-stock, ready-to-ship item(s) will be out the door within 3-5 days of your purchase via US Postal Service's Priority Mail. For custom orders, we will contact you when your purchase is ready to ship, usually from 4-8 weeks from order date.

If you prefer, you can pick up your purchase by selecting the “In-studio pick up” option during checkout.

Returns

Aside from normal wear and tear, we will take your items back with open arms if there is a problem, no questions asked. We firmly believe not only in the quality of our products, but that you will love them as well. Just send us a message letting us know about the problem, and whether you'd like to return it, exchange it, or have it repaired. We're not happy unless you're happy!
